Found a streaming link that isn't working

I've found out that putting https://proic1.evspt.com/radar_aac as a link for a station isn't working. The radio doesn't play. It's an AAC 192kbps stream. I've already tried on my browser and both HTTP and HTTPS work for streaming. I've also tried tried it out on www.radio-browser.info and it also worked flawlessly.

Interesting: mplayer (on linux) does show errors multible times, but finally plays the stream.
Errors: Cannot seek backward in linear streams!
