Add batch create multiple resources/elements #21
Description
Add a button 'batch create' or 'create multiple', which opens a window with the following fields:
- template combobox
- parent combobox
- published checkbox
- hide from menu checkbox
- class_key combobox
- textarea, where each newline represents pagetitle for a new resource object with the above fields
