Feature to book visits

Hello Guys.

Thank you for your constant support to medi-hunt projects.

I've noticed that there's a `bookingString` information returned in the search response for each appointment. I'm wondering whether that could be used to automatically book the visit.

If anyone could eavesdrop the protocol for visit booking that would be appreciated.
