Clicking on the bookmark edit/delete buttons is resetting the stream to that time

To Reproduce

1. Go to any lecture
2. Go to the bookmarks tab
3. Create a new bookmark
4. Go forward in time, for example 30 min. ahead
5. Try to edit/delete the bookmark. This will reset the stream to the bookmark time.

Expected behavior
The bookmark can be edited/deleted without needing to interrupt the current video progression.

The fix should be just in bookmarks.gohtml line 110 and 116 prepending $event.stopPropagation(); in the onclick handler.
