Replace custom icons with SF Symbols

Summary:
Replace custom icons with SF Symbols.

Current Results:
There are lots of symbols in the toolbar that are custom.

Expected Results:
The majority of these have viable replacements with SF Symbols which would make the app more lightweight and, more importantly, more consistent with other iOS/iPadOS apps.
