Moe Di Stefano issues

Describe the bug
Katie Breivik said she was using the same root python script for generating Moe + Di Stefano initial distribution samples that we use in COMPAS, but that Kareem El-Badry found an issue with how these have been implemented. I have no other information about this, but we should check with Katie / Kareem before running with the MdS samples going forward.
