MS stars not aging after mass transfer (when wind mass loss is disabled) #1444

Describe the bug
After we got rid of the --use-mass-loss option in this PR, whenever --mass-loss-prescription ZERO is used with --main-sequence-core-mass-prescription BRCEK, m_TotalMassLossRate is not properly reset to zero after a mass transfer episode, and as a consequence, the star stops being evolved.
