[BUG] BeginnerHelper still breaks Backgrounds on Beginner

Describe the problem

If BeginnerHelper is "On", if you select a song on Beginner/Novice, the Song's Background won't show.
If only shows if BeginnerHelper is "Off".

Describe what should happen

Show Song's Background.

See #105 as this is the same issue that hasn't been fixed completely.
I can't reopen that issue for whatever reason.

Huh, this one's silly. This is due to the EnableBeginnerHelperBackgrounds preference being Off by default.

(Soundwaves is explicitly told to cover the background when that preference is Off, but i took that off to show that changing that prefs fixes it)
