No download, install microg youtube vanced

Additional checks

  • I have checked other bug reports and this is not a duplicate.
  • This is a bug in Vanced Manager and NOT YouTube Vanced/YouTube Vanced Music/Vanced microG.

(fixed by installing microG externally but vanced manager shows dirty install and the update option still has the same issue..)
