Allow to block/shutdown websites/apps that aren't productive - to help users stay focused

Clear and concise description of the problem

It would be nice for users to enter focus mode - and help them break bad habits and allow Deep Focus to shut down/prevent the opening of websites/apps that are unproductive for the user.

Suggested solution

Deep Focus - could send commands to close the active tab of the site that's unproductive & quit the unproductive app when in Focus mode.

When not in FOcus mode, we could simply send Notifications on the top right corner
