"Getting Started" Anchor Remains Clickable After Scrolling Past Landing Page

The anchor with id "scrollCue" that is used to quickly scroll to the Getting Started page still exists and still is doing its oscillating motion thing after scrolling past the landing page. It should probably be hidden.

Yep, this is a bug! Thanks for reporting. I've seen what you're describing happen before, though 99% of the time the scrollCue fades out as expected. I'll keep an eye out for when this happens next and try to debug.
