Nav Bar Background Colors Hidden After Scrolling

So. Mid-writing this issue I refreshed the website and the bug was gone. Tried replicating it with no avail. So I thought I'd just put this here in case anyone else has experienced it/for documentation.

When you're at the top of the web page, the nav bar is hidden.
When you scroll a certain amount, the nav bar beautifully appears.

And then
When you scroll a little more, it looks like this (very hard to see, but you can see outlines of text):

When you scroll and the nav bar overlaps text, it looks like this:

The background colors seem to not be rendering properly for whatever reason.
