This is great, it would be really helpful for us. Except we can see an edge case that would not be "right".
We are an international organization and some of our contacts - mainly French speaking - consider it proper to have their surname in all caps. So for me, the proper display would be Rob BRANDT.
Maybe make it so that the all caps conversion on the surname stops if the first name is already proper case, or mixed case?
