Android 11 Unable to find explicit activity class, and the gallery not opening...??

Cordova Android 11

When i am trying to trigger the getpicture function it gives this error and doesnt open the gallery.

Error: Unable to find explicit activity class {com.test.test/com.synconset.MultiImageChooserActivity}; have you declared this activity in your AndroidManifest.xml?
