我是一名初学者，在看每个目录的含义的时候花了不少时间。

你建议的方案是什么

我希望能有目录和文件的说明，还有创建一个新页面的教程。

你们一般用 WebStorm 开发还是 VS Code 开发？
我有一个 JetBrains IDE 的插件，可以在 WebStorm 中使用，目录的注释方式有两种：
README.md 文件的标题，xxx.tree.tsv 文件中用“文件名\t注释”的形式标注，一般在 Excel 中整理好后粘贴过来。
