[FEATURE] Enable/Disable MJPEG stream via MQTT command #21

I dont want the camera in my house streaming all the time. Ideally just if motion is detected and we are out of the house.

Cool feature would be if the stream can be turned on by MQTT command (issued for example by a Home Assistant automation) having been triggered from the existing motion detection MQTT broadcast

And a reset would be nice too. I have it running remotely via VPN tunnel and I always run into the stream limit due to the reconnects at DSL reconect at least twice a day for two locations one each.

ah well, i found that 100 is less than 99 conectable streams :-)
