Pull should allow remote files to be filtered by their metadata #191
Description
For now this will just allow specifying existing object metadata and tags (e.g., site=us-wic,sensor=101) using --filter-files. In the future when implementing https://github.com/ThinkParQ/bee-remote/issues/35 we'll also allow supporting other --filter-files directives such as permissions, atime/ctime/mtime, xattrs, etc.
