CompositeMonochrome produces multicolour output (at leat with SMS on Linux) - regression from OpenGL refactor #1875

Description

@enikland3

Display type CompositeMonochrome gives same output colours as CompositeColour, not gray/B&W, at least on Linux (SDL or QT) when running Sega Master System. Mentioned on issue #1861 but not addressed. This is a regression from version 2025-12-12, the version before the OpenGL refactor and later versions did not produced video output on Linux until issue #1861 was fixed.

Command line (SDL port): clksignal sonic.sms --region=USA --display=CompositeMonochrome
