Update to the current genproductions commit

Before this repository is used to generate gridpacks for the next round of the EFT analysis, we will need to update to a newer genproductions commit.

• Note: This should involve some validation (e.g. making the same sample before an after updating and comparing rigorously).
• Note: Once the up-to-date versions of genproductions is being used, it should no longer be necessary to overwrite Utils/source_condor.sh when setting up the genproductions area.
