Count me in.

I was going to voice my support for renaming "friends" to "contacts", but realized that pretty much every related issue has been closed without any explanation or warning. Which is weird, considering that no one seemed to oppose the proposition.

@Hasshu a while back the decision was made that to maintain continuity with toxcore (which uses friend exclusively) that we would also use friend.

Slowly but surely most client developers are moving away from using friend in favor of using contact.

Speaking for myself, I have a goal of replacing friend with contact inside toxcore, and once that happens tacos can be updated.

@Hasshu also, in regards to the other issues, everyone with a vote decided that the language we have was sufficient, and that because tacos exists to make compatiblity easier, and not development harder. We want to limit the sections that are mandatory or required, to security issues/concerns.
