How to reduce logging ?

Hello,
I've noticed lots of logging like that in my Docker container that hosts Trilium Notes – one each minute.
For example: '200 GET /api/health-check with 15 bytes took 2ms'.

What is the solution to limit this noise ?

The frequent log entries like '200 GET /api/health-check' are caused by Docker's periodic health checks hitting Trilium's health-check endpoint. Trilium doesn't currently offer a built-in way to suppress or filter these logs, and all HTTP requests are logged for debugging context reference.

Here are your best options:

• Reduce Docker health check frequency: Lowering the interval in your container configuration will decrease how often these logs appear reference.
• External log filtering: Use log management tools (like logrotate or your log aggregator) to discard or filter out messages containing /api/health-check reference.
• Modify Trilium's code: If you're comfortable editing code, you can adjust the Express logging middleware (likely in server.js) to skip logging for /api/health-check requests. The logging uses a "skip" function, which you can update to exclude these requests reference.

There are no config.ini or environment variable options for controlling log verbosity or filtering specific endpoints at this time reference.
