Investigate support for MiniProfiler

Not sure exactly how I would do it. MongoFramework classes don't use ADO.Net (nor could they easily).

Probably a good start would be to see how the EF6 and EF Core support works.

The EF Core support is interesting with the idea of a "Diagnostic Listener". EF likely does some magical dependency injection to get it everywhere - is it worth doing the same thing for MongoFramework?

More thinking about this is definitely required.

There is some interesting progress on a MiniProfiler issue about MongoDB support. Someone seems to have done something about it here too.
