The only admin user can change to a caregiver role.

Reproduction Steps

1. After logging in as the only admin account, click on “Users” in the navigation bar.
2. Click “Edit User” on the only admin user.
3. In the dropdown menu for “Types,” select “Caregiver”
4. Click the “Save” button
