Background
A pregnant girl is mapped by a community health worker and he generates an upcoming appointment for the girl to visit the midwife.

User story
As a village health worker, I should be able to view upcoming, missed and attended appointments in different colors (white, red and green) so that I can follow up with her health and for further antenatal care support.

Acceptance criteria

• The mobile application should automatically notify the community health worker about a girl's missed appointment.
• The mobile application should enable the health worker to call the girl or next of kin for a follow-up.
• The girls need to be listed according to the different colors.
  Red - missed
  Green - soon due
  white - attended and expected

DoD

• The girls in this list need to have been mapped before.
• Every mapped girl needs to have an appointment with the midwife.

• Alinement of text is needed for the smaller screens mostly.
• Change the title Rish assessment to Risk assessment.
• Remove dividers in the radio buttons.
• Remove the question "any risks identified" from the VHT app.
• Remove the question "have you needed an ambulance before" from the VHT app.
• When I select NO as my action to "has girl missed ANC" then it takes me to the next question.

• Capture date of previous ANC visit in the VHT app as well.
• Add the ability to extend the missed appointment date.
• The app should enable health workers to capture more than 4 ANC visits.
• Change appointment to ANC.
• The appointment feature should be removed from the VHT app.
• Color code the ANC appointments.

• Remove family planning questions from appointment form.

• There is need for the application to be able to send notifications for missed and scheduled ANC to the users.
• Add a delete button in case a girl is mapped twice.
