[FEAT-API]: Compose command for creating CC plugin docker images #539
Description
Per @trietmnj's comment on the process of creating the plugin docker images for the modules here, it's a hassle to have to go find the repo for the plugin and figure out how to build the image for that given plugin. And as we continue development of FEAT, there will be more plugin repos that we will have to keep track of.
We want to automate this process by creating compose commands that will create the images for us.
