Test_ComputeECAM for stability #77
Description
Test_ComputeECAM has been removed from the test suite - it pings a server, we should be more judicious about doing that on automated pull requests.
I think this test actually passes most of the time, but not always. I should probably investigate the ECAM compute for stability.
