Main Issue to me is the SWMM5 Engine Used #423
Description
I notice the SWMM 5 GUI still uses the EPA SWMM5.1.013 Engine which is somewhat out of date in the year 2021.
The GUI should import and export to the current SWMM 5 Engine.
A plus to me is that the GUI does work on my PC and I can solve and graph the test model.
The testing from OWA should be done here as well to see if there are any engine differences.
