We need to let users creating manifests know if a TSDF site allows sites to set manifests to scheduled. This ticket has two changes
1- Add "Allows Scheduling" to the Section 8 TSDF section for TSDFs with a billing account. This should be put in the section with the registered users and can sign labels. If the selected TSDF has “Allow Other Sites to Schedule” set to Enabled then Allows Scheduling is set to “Yes” . If the TSDF has “Allow Other Sites to Schedule” set to disabled then Allows Scheduling is set to “No” . Do not add allows scheduling to any other section. If the site selected does not have a billing account the label does not appear
Reminder there is code on the upload paper manifest button on how to determine if a site has a billing account.
2- Change the registration status selections in Generator, TSDF, and Alternate TSDF to a table like we do for the transporters for consistency and efficiency of space. (See attached images)
Acceptance Criteria (x) Add Allows Scheduling? to Section 8 on the manifest.
(x) Add table to Section 8 on the manifest with the following information: Can e-Sign?, Can Quick Sign?, Has Registered e-Manifest User?, Allows Scheduling? (see attached screen shots)
(x) Allows Scheduling? is only displayed for TSDFs with a billing account.
(x) Selected TSDF has Allow Other Sites to Schedule set to Enabled then Allows Scheduling? is Yes.
(x) Selected TSDF has Allow Other Sites to Schedule set to Disabled then Allows Scheduling? is No.
(x) Selected TSDF does not have a billing account, so Allows Scheduling? does not appear in the table in Section 8.
(x) Allows Scheduling? does not appear in any other section on the manifest.
(x) Add table to additional sections (Generator, TSDF acting as a generator, and Alternate TSDF) on manifest where the following information is present: Can e-Sign?, Can Quick Sign?, Has Registered e-Manifest User? (see attached screen shots)
