New Configuearion Can not be loaded

First I have made a new environment with my conda prompt then install both qudi-core and qudi-iqo-modules all of them are in a same folder then I make a new configuration (with few dummy hardwares) in some different folder(also copy them in the same folder having qudi-core and qudi-iqo-modules)but in none of the cases the new configuration is loaded when i try to load the new configuration after opening my qudi software it resrats but nothing (i.e no new confuguration) is shown in the qudi
