Center image and reset pan when resetting the zoom level

Is there a way to center an image vertically and horizontally?
Also I think it would be good to reset the pan to center when resetting the zoom via zoom tool. The zoom should also prevent having a negative zoom, cause I honestly think there is no use case for zooming it out too much since the library already rescale the image to fit it in the view port.

there's not a way to center the image yet, but I think it's a good idea.
