Infcloud not working with Radicale >= 3.2

Hey there,

I tried to implement Infcloud into my Radicale Docker image. The image was successfully created and I start the container. Everything is working fine, except I don't know how to get to infcloud. Maybe it has something to do with the UI upgrades within radicale. On older versions I got a link to infcloud in the upper left corner, if I remember that right. With a current version of radicale I don't get that link :(
Could it be possible that Inflcoud is no longer compatible with Radicales new UI?

I created a pull request for Radicale >= 3.2.0.
You can install it with
python3 -m pip install --upgrade git+https://github.com/Rilele/RadicaleInfCloud.git
