Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

The current default metadata form has different metadata fields related to the 'openness' of the data package. Two of these, 'Data classification' and 'Data package access' are both mandatory fields that, based on their selected value, can be conflicting. e.g. if 'Data classification: Sensitive' is selected, 'Data package access: Open' should most likely not be selected.

Describe the solution you'd like

An automated warning text when conflicting values for access are selected, see image.
The warning message should appear with the combination of:
Data classification: basic, sensitive or critical
Data package access: open

Describe alternatives you've considered

A popup message has been considered, but this is then only visible to the user, not to the data manager. A text in the form that is also visible for the data manager.
