Abuse of the 'final' keywords

Occasionally, I found your "AndoridHelpers". After reading the source code, I realized some value of your codes. And I intent to import some into my project. But there is a question in my mind. In every single 'public static' method of every single tool class, the key word of 'final' could be found. As I don't think it's necessary, I want to know the intent of your using too much finals. Don't you think it's a 'final' abuse?
