Donn't get my RBC mesh from stl in "strtchCell"

I am new to 'Hemocell' and trying to use "stretchCell" example, as I have try on inbuilt RBC_FROM_SPHERE I get the results. But as i us my stl file using STL_FROM_MESH I get always same result. I cannot get my meshed RBC for stretching, also i have tried it using pipeflow but that time I have get the same result of mesh.I am attaching the '.xmf' file which is in result I get and 'conf.xml' file in txt format.
