Plugin Description

Plugin wich shows notifications in discord app itself (All server notifcations etc that would normally pop up in windows) This is helpfull for users with multi monitor setup who are watching a video / playing game on main monitor so the notification isn't visible in full screen but on the discord screen you can see what notification has pinged. (Somewhat like discord mobile app)
