From my quick look, this is called a Sankey tree, and the method for creating these trees seems to be pulled from another app developed in Martin Steineggers lab here: https://github.com/steineggerlab/Metabuli

Looking at the license, we might be able to pull the code for generating this tree out, though I'm not sure how much work that might be.
