at http://veriblock.jptpool.com/ we spotted one problem. that hashrate keeps dropping,
and then it comes back to normal as it should be.
It seems the problem is somehow connected to submitted shares.
WHEN pool starts mining new block - hashrate is back to normal.
if pool has submitted shares like 1000, 2000, 5000 etc, hashrate keeps dropping accordinly.
