MFAssign functions

Positive mode odd electron assignment (POEx) does not work yet.
- Working as of 10/25/2018 (v 0.0.2)

Only singly charged compounds can be assigned.

8/14/20 - Archived version of MFAssignR can encounter issues if used with R versions >= 4.0.0, which is why it has been archived and a new version has been added to the repository.
