We talk a little about how to involve people into the initiative.
So, I'm wandering about what is the situation of the governance into the initiative?
What is the vision on that? the goals?
Who decide? Is it Alex or a group? Who is this group?

objectif

If we want to be open for volunteer, we should have a clear point of vue on how governance work in Vulca.
I believe it's the same challenge in every groups, fablabs, makerspace... For example, Noisebridge in USA (hackerspace) they talk about that as the second point just after their vision.
