Replace Flickr Upload Bot to other bots on FFU #218
Description
When I click reviewing flickr image, I see
(launch Flickuploadbot in a new window)
Since Toolserver is going to shut down this year, and current bot operator Bryan is retired, so I think we should use other bot like Flickr2Commons.
