Connect Only option for Tor should have configurable ports

There is an option for Tor "Connect Only".
Supposed usage is for connecting to an already running Tor instance in Whonix/Tails.
User should be able to specify the ports himself, e.g. for a TorBrowser running (uses different ports).

I think the description needs a clarification cause now it looks like these options apply to a built-in tor server

Tor will listen to this SOCKS5 port
