Description

Now that Svelte 5 is out, it's time to refactor a bunch of code to:

Improve reactivity issues I encountered and bypassed
Use snippets to avoid duplication
Use components to split up the application markup and JS, especially the home page

This is like part 2 of #35

Special case

This is not a bug nor a feature request, I can't use other templates
