Expand Data Factory Copy activity sources and targets

The data copy activity is now only for Azure Table to Azure Table.
See if it is possible to include more source and target types, so that e.g.

Table -> DocumentDb
DocumentDb -> Table
Blob -> Table
Table -> Blob

are possible.

Added support for Azure Data Lake Store as target.
This has also prepared the structure for adding more sources and targets, so the process should now be easier.
