Recent file upload edit groups for Commons not showing up

Recently, a few uploads to Wikimedia Commons with OpenRefine were done, but they are not showing up in https://editgroups-commons.toolforge.org/?tags=upload

Examples of files part of uploads which I'd expect to show up there:

Looks like the service was 7 days behind the stream of edits… not sure why it was stuck! I have restarted it and they should appear soon, let's leave this open since the underlying problem is not solved.
