While generating the mhc refseq database, some alleles like DLA-88*501:01 are removed. This is probably bcause of their length (~180aa). This issue should be investigated in generate_nonhla_database .

generate_mhcseq_database still refers to "ref_MHCI_sequences", but it actually collects sequences from both MHC classes. This variable name should be changed for consistency.
