Static network configuration is no longer possible with read-only root file system

Description

After introducing the read-only root file system the wireless network can no longer be configured manually.

Expected behavior

There should be a way to configure a static wireless network configuration. Either with systemd or with a custom configuration file.

Your Environment

• Version used: v2.0.0
• Running on:
  • YIO Remote
  • Standalone Raspberry Pi

Additional context

The network configuration file is stored in /etc/systemd/network/20-wireless.network. This needs to be bind-mounted to the data partition.
