Can anyone confirm if it's my problem?

Win7 64bit+FF55.0.3+YTCenter v549

Enable DASH Playback in the player settings in the YTC settings. That will make the additional resolution, and sometimes framerates, show up.

Disabling DASH will make those options disappear.
