How to Use the "Word Book" Feature?

I'm using the Translation plugin and noticed the "Word Book" section is currently empty (Nothing to show).

How can I add a new word to the Word Book?
I didn’t find a direct UI button or right-click option to add words manually. Is there a shortcut or command for this?

While exploring further, I found a shortcut listed for saving words: Save to Word Book → Ctrl/Meta + F

I'm on Windows and tried pressing Ctrl + F while using the plugin, but it does not seem to trigger any "save to Word Book" action.

You can add a word or a phrase, but not a long text.
