[Request]: Infinite Vehicle Ammo & Advanced Speed/Torque Modifiers

Problem

1. Infinite Vehicle Ammunition:

   • A dedicated toggle (or fix) ensuring mounted vehicle weapons never run out of ammo and do not require manual repair/respawn to refill.
   • Option to disable rocket/weapon cooldowns on vehicles.

2. Advanced Vehicle Speed & Acceleration:

   • Torque Multiplier: A slider to drastically increase acceleration and torque.
   • Remove Speed Cap: Option to bypass default game speed limits for vehicles.
