Describe the solution you'd like
To make it easier to refactor existing codebases to use Moxygen, need a CLI tool to automatically transform inline SOQL, DML, and calls to Database.query, Database.insert, etc. to use Moxygen

Should be able to handle one file, multiple files, and an entire Salesforce project.

Additional context
Special consideration needs to be given for @testsetup methods.
